PM Internship क्या है

PM Internship Scheme का मकसद युवाओं को reputed कंपनियों में short-term internships के जरिए real-world exposure देना है, ताकि वे नौकरी से पहले skills और अनुभव हासिल कर सकें। यह central-level initiative है जो विभिन्न sectors में interns रखवाता है।

कौन apply कर सकता है

Basic eligibility बहुत ही साफ है पहली बात तो वह भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए और अक्सर उम्र 18–25 वर्ष बताई जाती है। शैक्षणिक रूप से 10वीं/12वीं/ITI/Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate सभी category के candidates role-specific eligibility के अनुसार apply कर सकते हैं कुछ positions के लिए final-year students के अलग निर्देश हो सकते हैं।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज

Apply करने से पहले ये documents ready रखना है ताकि form error-free आसानी से भर सकें

• Aadhaar या कोई government ID
• शैक्षणिक Certificate जैसे 10वीं/12वीं/डिग्री/डिप्लोमा
• Passport-size photo और digital signature
• Address proof और जरूरत पड़ने पर family income document

PM Internship Scheme 2026 Apply कैसे करें

Apply process बहुत ही सरल है। इसके लिए पहले आप official portal पर जाकर नया account बनाएं और अपना profile detail भरें फिर इसके बाद documents upload करें और फिर open internships में जाकर eligible roles के लिए apply कर दें। हर vacancy की last date अलग हो सकती है इसलिए समय पर apply करना जरूरी है।

Selection प्रक्रिया

Selection companies के rules के हिसाब से होती है जैसे कि पहले initial application screening और फिर shortlisted candidates के interviews या skill tests होते हैं और final selection के बाद offer letter और joining instructions दी जाती हैं। कुछ जगह short assignments भी दिए जाते हैं।

कितना Stipend मिलता है?

देखिये PM Internship Scheme के चुने हुए interns को प्रति माह तकरीबन ₹9,000 तक का stipend मिल सकता है। ये amount government और जिस company ने internship दी है, दोनों के contribution पर depend कर सकती है। कुछ cases में joining के समय एक बार का financial support भी मिल सकता है। हर vacancy की stipend और payment शर्तें अलग हो सकती हैं, इसलिए apply करने से पहले उस specific internship की official details जरूर पढ़ लें।

Duration कितनी होती है?

ज्यादातर internships की अवधि companies और role के मुताबिक होती है आमतौर पर यह 6 से 12 महीनों के बीच हो सकती है और कई cases में 12 महीने तक भी होती है। पूरी internship के दौरान interns को practical काम कराया जाता है और सफल completion पर certificate भी दिया जा सकता है।

Application भेजने के बाद Status कैसे चेक करें?

इसके लिए आप official portal पर login करें और वहाँ Dashboard या “My Applications” सेक्शन खोलें इसके बाद वहां आप अपने सारे applied internships और उनका status जैसे Applied, Under Review, Shortlisted, Selected, Rejected देख पाएंगे यदि आप shortlisted होते हैं तो portal या email पर आगे के instructions भी मिलते हैं।

लाभ और सुविधाएँ

PM Internship से practical exposure मिलता है और CV में weight बढ़ता है तथा selected interns को monthly stipend मिलता है जिससे financial support भी होता है। कुछ programs में completion certificate और placement referrals की संभावना रहती है।

Application reject होने के सामान्य कारण

बहुत से candidates छोटी गलतियों की वजह से reject हो जाते हैं इसलिए नीचे जो बताने जा रहे है उनसे बचने कि जरूरत है

• गलत या mismatch Aadhaar/personal details भरना
• दस्तावेज अधूरे या blurry upload करना
• photo या signature unclear होना
• eligibility criteria पूरा न होना
• educational details गलत भरना
• duplicate registrations करना
• deadline के बाद apply करना

NOC कब चाहिए?

कभी-कभी colleges या institutes से NOC मांगा जा सकता है, खासकर अगर आप अभी regular पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं या internship के दौरान attendance rules से conflict है इसलिए यदि आपका course चलता हुआ है तो पहले internship की required documents पढ़ लें क्योकि portal पर लिखा होगा कि NOC चाहिए या नहीं। NOC चाहिए तो अपने college से समय से लेकर upload कर दें।

Offer Letter कब मिलता है?

आमतौर पर पहले application screening होती है और फिर shortlisted candidates को interview या assignment के लिए बुलाया जाता है फिर final selection के बाद company portal, email या registered mobile पर offer letter भेजती है। timeline अलग-अलग companies में अलग होगा, इसलिए portal और email regularly चेक करते रहना सही रहेगा।

Document Verification कैसे होता है?

Final selection के बाद company original documents मांगेगी जैसे Aadhaar, education certificates, photograph, address proof इत्यादि। सभी documents को originals साथ में रखें और portal पर जो scanned files upload किए थे वही जानकारी दें यदि documents में mismatch पाया गया तो selection cancel हो सकता है, इसलिए पहले से सही copies ready रखें।

Joining Process क्या होती है?

Offer letter मिलने के बाद आपको joining date, reporting time, office location और reporting officer का नाम बताया जाएगा। joining day पर original documents साथ लेकर जाना सही रहेगा और company के orientation या induction instructions follow करना होगा। अगर किसी specific form या health check की बात कही है तो वह पहले से पूरा कर लेना है।

Company कैसे चुनें?

Company के नाम से बिलकुल भी प्रभावित नहीं होना है Choose करने के लिए role, location, working hours, learning opportunity और future growth ज़रूर देखना है। अपनी skills और education के हिसाब से roles चुनना सही है ताकि काम सीखने और selection chance दोनों बढ़ें।

क्या Location change possible है?

सभी internships में location change की सुविधा नहीं होती है। सामान्यत: जो location offer letter में लिखा होता है वहीं पर internship करनी पड़ती है यदि जरूरी वजह हो तो company से formally request करें और बदलाव company के discretion पर होगा।

एक से अधिक internships के लिए apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ, portal पर मौजूद multiple openings के लिए आप apply कर सकते हैं यदि आप उन सभी की eligibility पूरी करते हैं लेकिन final selection company की needs और portal के rules पर निर्भर करेगा। ज्यादा apply करने का मतलब better chances, पर हर application quality से भरें।

Stipend खाते में कब आता है?

Stipend company और attendance के आधार पर आपके registered bank account में भेजा जाता है। joining date, attendance records और company की payment cycle monthly या quarterly के हिसाब से payment होगा इसलिए bank details portal पर सही और verified भरें।

PM Internship Certificate का फायदा क्या है?

Internship पूरा होने पर मिलने वाला certificate resume को मजबूत बनाता है, campus placements या job applications में मदद करता है और practical experience भी दिखाता है। कई employers internship experience को अच्छे से देखते हैं।

Fake calls और fraud से कैसे बचें?

अगर कोई person पैसे माँग रहा है या selection guarantee दे रहा है तो सावधान रहें क्योकि genuine internships के लिए कोई agent fees नहीं होती है। केवल official portal, verified company email और portal messages पर ही भरोसा करें। OTP, password या banking details किसी के साथ साझा न करें और suspicious calls या links report कर दें।
